If you use Valisura through an organisation that has built the service into its own software, that organisation is the controller and we are the processor. We then process the data under the data processing agreement with that organisation.

From signers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, the times of opening and signing, and the SMS verification sent.

From the document: the file name, its contents and a hash of the file.

From account holders: name, work email address, organisation and login details.

To carry out the signing request and verify the signer’s identity.

To produce an evidence report that makes the signature demonstrable afterwards. This is a legitimate interest: without a record, an electronic signature holds no value.

To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We keep documents and evidence reports for as long as the retention period set on the account in question. After that we delete them automatically.

Account holder data is kept for as long as the account exists.

All documents and personal data are held in data centres within the European Union. We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU.

We use other parties for hosting and for sending SMS messages. A data processing agreement is in place with each of them.

Traffic runs over TLS 1.3 and storage is encrypted with AES-256. Data from different accounts is kept separate. Access by our staff is restricted and logged.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to the processing. Send a message to info@novict.com; we respond within one month.

If we process your data on behalf of another organisation, we forward your request to that organisation.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This website only sets cookies that are needed for the page to work. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
